The Hair Analysis service is an excellent way to get personal knowledge to help you achieve your healthy hair goals or stop hair loss. Through this service, you will receive:
- Â Information about your hair porosity and the thickness of your strands.
- Images showing the condition of your hair.
- A resolution for issues that are interfering with your hair growth.
- Information if you have signs of hair loss.
- Proper hair care techniques.
- A 30-minute phone consultation.
- Specific expert advice for proper care of your hair.
- A three-month follow-up to ensure you are on the right path to healthy hair.

How It Works
- After your purchase, you will receive a package with everything you need to return your sample to us properly
- Â You will immediately gain access to the online questionnaire. Please fill it out to the best of your ability.
- Â We must have clean hair to complete your hair analysis so we ask that you gather your hair shed during your shampoo process (before you use conditioner). Rinse the shampoo from your hair shed and let it air dry before mailing it.
- Try not to ball up your wet hair sample. You can use a T-shirt or jersey-like material to remove excess water. Lay your hair sample flat on the suggested material in one hand, and then fold the material over to cover the hair sample, and flatten it with the other hand to remove excess water.
- Please do not cut your hair. It will hinder your results. Once you have mailed your hair sample that’s it! We’ll take it from there!
Important Things To Know
- Once you receive your Hair Analysis report and images you will be responsible for your file. Your report will be held in our database, however, we do recommend you download your report in case of a database failure. Hair Analysis records are held for a year.
- You will have a month from the purchase date of your Hair Analysis to send in your hair sample. After a month you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and the balance will be refunded to you.
- We bio-dispose hair samples after your Hair Analysis and/or consultation are complete.
- Your Hair Analysis images may be used for educational purposes within the company. Your identification will not be disclosed. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
- It takes 14 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after we receive your hair sample to complete your Hair Analysis. It is unlikely, however, If an issue should arise on our part that will cause us to miss our deadline we will contact you as soon as possible.
