What is the PH Balance of your Products?

Our water-based products have a pH Balance range of 4.0 to 5.5

Why isn’t the Jar/Bottle Filled to the Rim?

We fill each of the containers to the rim, which is ¼ to ½ inches below the top of the bottle or jar. Sometimes a product may be overfilled to allow for the product to settle or solidify. However, each container is automatically filled to the correct fluid volume.

Why does this product look lighter/darker, pink, or smell differently than a previous one?

Our products are made with natural ingredients, sometimes, in its raw form, particularly, butters, oils, herbs, and vegetarian fragrances. Depending on how they mix with other ingredients may vary from batch to batch. The color may be slightly differ or change because we use absolute vanilla to create most of our scents which after settling can cause the product to have a pink hue to them.

Why is the product slightly thinner/thicker or have a different consistency than a previous one?

Our products are handmade fresh with natural ingredients such a butters, oils, herbs, essential oils for fragrances, and emulsifiers. Because of this slight differences in texture may vary from batch to batch. Do not worry, this does not affect the performance of the product. We do strive and mostly achieve consistency.

Why are some products discontinued?

Products are discontinued for the following reasons:

  • The raw materials have been discontinued by the manufacturer or distributor and we were unable to source a similarly priced replacement of equal quality.
  • It is no longer cost effective to manufacture at existing retail rates due to increases in supplier pricing or shipping costs.
  • The product failed to meet sales expectations.
Do you test your products on animals?

No, that is illegal. None of Komaza Hair Care products or ingredients are/have been tested on animals.  We do not conduct or condone animal testing. We evaluate our finished products in clinical trials of volunteer panels. The third party labs we use for confirmation of our products efficiency are also committed to a animal cruelty free environment

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Our goal is to ship your order to you quickly and economically. In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. However, we would like to reserve the right to the maximum of five days for processing.

Orders placed after 10 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) are not processed until the next business day.

All order received Friday after 10 a.m. through Sunday, will not be processed until the following Monday morning.

Orders often go out same or in one business day and are processed /shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday.

Do you accept international orders?

We do accept international orders from certain countries.

How Do I Create An Account

On your mobile device tap on the menu located on the far left. At the bottom of the menu you will see Login/Register.

Tap Login/Register at the bottom you will you will be directed to the My Account/Register page.

Enter your e-mail address. An email will be sent to that address to set up your password.

Once you have completed that you will be able to log into your account using your email address and the password you created.

On your desktop click the person icon at the top right of the site. On the drop down menu click create an account.

How To Change Your Password

Log into your account. Click on My Account. Then go to Account Details. At the bottom of the page you will see Password Change. Enter your current password and the password you would like to change it to. Then click on Save Changes. 

How Can I View My Order History

Login to your account then click on orders to see a current list of your order history.

How Do I Check My Order Status

Once you place an order you will be sent an email confirming your order was received. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an additional email with your tracking number. You can also see the status of your order under "Orders" in your account.
