In order to create a Komaza Care Account, go to and click on “Sign-In”. From there, you will have the option to create one. Fill out the required information and save, however, we think it’s a great idea to just start shopping!

In order to make changes to your Komaza Care Account, you will first need to log in under “Sign-In”. Enter your email address and password. Click on “My Profile” and change password where it is provided and save changes.

We accept all major credit cards and Gift Cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo through Paypal and You may place an e-check through your Paypal account, however, your items will ship when funds have cleared or made available to us.

Our goal is to ship your order to you quickly and economically. In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. However, we would like to reserve the right to the maximum of five days for processing.

Orders placed after 10 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) are not processed until the next business day. All order received Friday after 10 a.m. through Sunday, will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Orders often go out same or in one business day and are processed /shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday.

Please select your shipping method based on the following guidelines: Store Pick-Up (for Sacramento orders only): please do not choose this option if you are not local as it can cause your order to be delayed. We will attempt to contact you. If we are not able to connect with you your order will be refunded.

 Regional/Priority Shipping: We offer Regional (orders between 2-5 lbs) and Priority Shipping through USPS. Delivery with Regional and Priority Shipping is usually 2-3 days, including Saturday delivery in the United States. Please note that this is time the items are expected to take in transit.

First Class: Is the most economical and is only offered for orders under a pound. Shipping time is usually 7-10 days.

Free shipping is available for orders $65.00 and over within the Continental United States. Free shipping is not available to destinations outside the U.S., with the exception of APO/FPO orders.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

When your order is placed online or on the phone, you will be sent the order confirmation immediately, given that you have provided us an email address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number from the United States Postal Service (USPS).

If you would like to cancel or change an online order after it has been placed, please call us as soon as possible at, (916) 229-8600 or (866) 602-9335. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If an order has been shipped before you had the chance to cancel it, please refuse it at the time of delivery. You can also take the package back to the post office and have it shipped back to us at your expense.

Because we offer sample sizes in most of our items we, generally, do not accept returns and/or exchanges. However, we want you to love your product and we know sample sizes are not available for every product we carry.  If you are not  happy with your purchase let us know so that we may work with you to make it right.

If you are trying something new on our site we offer sample size products so that you may try items before committing to a larger size. We can not bare the thought of an unused, lonely, full-size Komaza Hair Care bottle left in a dark cold place. That makes us sad.

Please contact us first for any returns or exchanges. We will need the last name on the purchase and order number please.

If you ordered a product and decide you want a different product you may exchange your unopened item for the item you want. You will not accrue an additional shipping fee for the product being sent in replacement.

You may return any unopened items within the first 14 days of purchase for a refund excluding shipping cost. We do not charge for a re-stocking fee. Refunds generally take 5-10 days after receiving the unopened returned item. Please note that sample size products are not eligible for returns.

If you have received an item due to an error on our part please enjoy!  If you did not receive an item due to an error on our part contact us and we will make it priority to correct our error and get it to you right away. We want to make it painless, easy and quick for you.

Though, we strive for consistency and pure awesomeness, our products are handmade and may have some slight variations and imperfections in some products but this is what we love about Komaza Hair Care products!
